Integrative Wellness Sessions 

Integrative wellness sessions combine various therapeutic modalities to offer you a comprehensive healing session based on your personal needs.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, unbalanced, ill or dealing with physical or mental anguish, I will create an individualized plan so that you may feel a sense of balance, peace and relief in the body and the mind.

As as add on to nutritional counseling, these sessions help to ease anxiety and stress and facilitate reconnection to the body. You can begin to observe instrusive thoughts as they arise, without attaching or engaging in them. Techniques such as Yoga Nidra can be instrumental in tapping into the subconscious to bring up blocked emotions or memories as well as to help modify behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve you.

What is Mind Body Medicine?

Mind Body Medicine uses evidenced based practices to help deal with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, etc. Some practices include: the relaxation response technique, meditation, progressive muscle relaxation and mindful eating.
