I have a 24 hours cancellation policy. You will be responsible for the full payment for any appointments that are missed or cancelled within the 24 hour window.
I do not currently take insurance. I am currently in the process of becoming a provider and hope to be able to accept insurance by the Summer of 2019.
Payment may be paid by cash, check or credit card. Please note that a credit card is reguired in order to book any appointments.
