This workshop is for anyone in recovery for an eating disorder, disordered eating and/or struggling with body image.
Restorative yoga is a passive practice that uses props to fully support the body, allowing you to surrender into a state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra or 'Yogic Sleep' is a guided meditation, during savasana, that brings about a sense of balance and relaxation in the body and mind.
